We're doing it differently, but we're still doing it!


That's a decent description for our current status here at Hosick Motors, Inc. We want all of our customers to still receive the same great service. We're just going to do a few things differently.


The primary thing you'll see is our showroom is closed except by appointment. The doors to our Sales Department are locked and will remain until further direction. Service and Parts Department are open.


We are limiting traffic through our facility and will ask for your patience as we balance your auto needs with the health needs of you, other customers, and our Team.


Please be patient with us. We would prefer to be open and operating as usual.

 

Here's the breakdown of how to contact us, how we will respond, and several options for you to reach us.


SERVICE AND PARTS: ARE OPEN!
You can come to the service and parts department as usual Mon-Fri 8-4:30.

You can schedule service and repair on your vehicle as needed. Call 618-283-2424 Mon-Fri 8-4:30, or use any of the contact methods below.

You can also pull up to our service drive and use your horn. We will come to your vehicle and help you there.

As an alternative, park and text your name and what vehicle you're in to 618-352-5893 we will come to your car.

If you feel you're vulnerable, or at risk, and do not want to leave your home, we will pick up your car or find another way to help. We are here to help and will remain for you. Just let us know what we can do to make it easier.

By directive of the state, and in consideration of our customer and staff health, our sales department is open by appointment only until further notice.

If you're on our lot during the listed operating hours, you can use the camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code sticker on the driver's window of every vehicle. We will be notified and one or our team will meet you in a minute or two at the vehicle. You won't need to come inside. Just scan the QR code with the camera on your smartphone and we'll be there. (8-6 Mon-Fri 8-2 Sat)

 

We are still here to help with your new and used vehicle purchases. We've always been open to alternative contact. Feel free to call, text, email, or use one of our website contacts.


We will help with all of your auto needs. We're just going to limit the number of people through our building and exposure between our customers.

If you have any questions, or ideas on how we can help you or others better, we're open to them This is new to us and you. But it's not different than many of us do in other areas of life.
